Subway Salads

Can anyone help please, i want a salad from subway but the only one i can find on the syns online is the tuna with no dressing.

I want the chicken teriyaki but cant find anything anywhere.

If you guys cant help do you think my consultant would be able to find out for me?

Totally cannot fathom how SW have come up with it being more on a red day then on a green day. The tuna is in brine and is mixed with mayo but nothing that would make it lower on a green then red

My OH has a salad everyday and allows roughly 6 syns to cover the fact some of the meat is processed. They have a little booklet in store with all the nutritional values in, the 6in breads come to between 8.5 and 11 syns. The chicken teriyaki is 18 syns for the sub so without the bread I would say its roughly 8 syns, then there is the factor of the free food allowance for the chicken which could take a couple of syns off. I'll try to grab a booklet from the OH next time I see him and I can try get something a bit clearer
