Hi there,
I have posted a few time on this forum but tend to just read through the posts. I have been on CD before but was unable to keep it up due to my cdc living quite far away. I have now found a new cdc that lives only 5 mins away and i'm starting the 810 plan as of thursday last week.

Does anybody have any tips on how they kept on track??

Any advice would be great.

One thing that inspires me in low moments is to look at the inspiration slide show. It might sound weird but another thing is watching music videos. Those women look so slim it makes me wanna look like that. So after that I get in front of the mirror and strip down and force myself to face what's in front of me. If I can't stand to look at myself then that means I need to do something about it. You have to love yourself thin.
 
Yes i'm still around, and still trying maybe not as hard as i should have.
Just come back off holiday so have not done too well but i'm determind to get back on track tomorrow!
