If you have a query about the Syn Value of any item PLEASE post it in the Syn Value forum Syn Values - MiniMins.com - Weight Loss Support Forum not the main forum. There have been a load of syn requests posted recently that have needed moved.

They Syn section was set up at the request of SW members

It's tricky for newbies, to find their way round sometimes, as people are so keen just to get stuck in...which is brilliant! But a bit of time spend finding your way round and posting in the right section is really helpful and just makes things run a bit more smoothly.
Also means less work for our Mods!
