Morning people:D
hope you are all well and raring to go this lovely Saturday and aim to stay 100%.

I only had my 2L of water yesterday so need to have 3 today to make up for it.

Got a few things to do today – William has a party at a play place from 11-1 but if that horrible woman from last time stays then I’m going to have to say something I think! Luckily another friend of Williams Mums is staying so she can be there for back up.

Then it’s back home finish off washing strip beds and wait in for Tesco’s to drop off the shopping from 3-5 so will iron whilst I’m waiting and we are going to the beach tomorrow so I’m really looking forward to that.

I WILL resist an omelette from the Indian tonight I PROMISE – thats what started it all off last week............

William has just informed me he feels too ill to go to the party so Im not going to push it;) has just saved me from a fate worse than death from that horrible woman so Im not complaining - means I can spend more time on here!!!!! Not that Im addicted;););)

Lexie - I hope your sunburn is subsiding x

Denise - I hope your little one had a better night last night adn can wait for your WI result x

All of you in the first few days I hope its all still going well and any of you long timers like me - we are getting there lets keep it all going
xxx

Hiya Jess, Good morning!
You have a busy day ahead and I hope you mange to resist the dreaded indian!!!
I am in the garden decking most of today, and then have to go and do a few bits of groceries ...
I am already glugging the water as I rarely manage more than the minimum but am trying hard whislt its so hot!
Hope everyone else has a great day today!
x

the decking sounds great Im so jealous - would love some...........
our neighbours have just had some and it looks FAB! cant believe how much it cost though - are you doing your own or is someone doing it ?

me and you will definitely get the water down us today then. Wish I had a lap top then I could post on here whilst sitting in the garden - never mind! xxx

The decking is lovely, and I am doing it myself (with help from est hubby)
We have a slightly sloped garden so we looked at every which way of covering the garden (4 children and pets don't go well with lawn) but because of the slope it turned out that decking was cheapest way to go, even though we have had to build quite a complicated subframe to support it.
At the end of today, we should have half done! The other half will have to wait till next month because of finances!
I would be lost without my LT, but to be honest I don't ever use it in the garden as it gets too bright for screen to be seen properly and it also gets too hot :)

Morning all.
All good here so far, lovely sunny day here in Germany. Have to mow the lawn today, so will burn off some calories doing that :) Today I WILL apply suncream to myself though as my face is rather red - aside from the white bits where my shades were, nice effect (not) - why do I always smother my 5 year old in factor 50 and completely forget about myself?
My scales are reporting a decent first week loss so far, so I am happy with that. I'm going to pop to the NAAFI later (oh how I LONG for Tescos...) to buy my weekly treat of 'trashy mags' which I will devour over the weekend.
We moved about 7 weeks ago but I still have boxes to unpack, and I still have my 2 large blue Ikea bags full of irnoning beckoning me, so I am sure it will be a busy weekend all things told! I bet I leave it all until Monday lol!

Hoping to manage a 'number 2' today...as someone who is usually regular as clockwork, I am finding it a bit tricky with the 'every other day or 2' current situation.

Hope everyone has a great Saturday

Good morning ladies!

I thought I would join in today, as I usually find weekends a struggle.
I was so over the moon at loosing 6lb this week. Considering I had 2 slips (jacket potato with cheese and 3 slices of pizza) All I know is I'm not going to be so lucky next time. I think the only thing that saved me from a gain was the fact that every day (even the days I 'slipped') I drank 5 litres of water each day, and also did a lot of exercising - 1 hour of cardio a day, walking (some days more than others).

This coming week though I really want to stay on target all week, with no slips. I sat down with HB last night and we filled out my weight chart (does anyone else use the graph that someone posted on here - it really is very very good) well HB was impressed I am on target. I have currently lost just under 1/4 of my overall weightloss target, so I know I'm on my way to slim!

Jess - Great news you don't have to be in the company of what sounds like a very unpleasant woman! Have another glass of water to celebrate!!!

Tilly - Decking will be a great form of exercise I imagine, plus it will look stunning once finished. I really like decking, especially now the summer is coming.

Here's to another positive day x x x

Morning all,

hi Jess, had another horrible night as the other twin is now sick with very high fever. Had to put her in a cool bath. she is now vomitting too. must have caught something at school. Oh the joys of being a mother:sigh::D

Well, Im happy to say I lost 3.5lbs. Was hoping for 4 but thats ok.:)

Will try for another session on the treadmill, but I only do 35 min brisk walking and 25 min body toning exercises. This is to relieve stress more than anything else. Believe me, I hate it but past health problems make me do it.

Im very tired today, another headache. Day 75 BTW!!! But am determined to stay 100% despite unsympathtic friends calling. (actually with my little uns sick, it is a good excuse)

Have a great day all, hopefully better than mine:wave_cry:

Morning all-it's a beautiful day here too.I'm just having my coffee, then I will get dressed and go and hang some washing out.Once baby goes down for a nap I will do some ironing. We're off to visit friends this afternoon. The men are going out to a pub for a drink, so us women will sit and gossip(me with my water of course).I love nice weather like this.Pity I hate my house(I live in a bungalow and I really really really want a nice normal house with bedrooms upstairs so I can open windows at night and not worry about someone breaking in-my bedroom is at the front of the house so no chance of open windows at night)*sigh*Maybe one day....it's the deposit that stops us moving....everywhere wants 6 weeks rent as a deposit...no chance of saving that anytime soon :( Never mind...I'll just concentrate on what I CAN change , not on what I can't.

Jabba, good luck on unpacking! We moved last october and I only finished my unpacking last week!
Emma- I too struggle a bit at weekends, I think it's lack of routine, but will be busy today again so shouldn't notice too much!
Have a great weekend both x

Well and good Hope your headache goes soon.. and your little un feels better soon...

Rose, Its a great attitude to only try change what you can! We live in a proper house but a not so nice place, I wouldnt leave any window open at night, even upstairs!
Have a good time later with your friends x

Morning Everyone

I am so so cross with myself today as sat is my own personal weigh in day and i have put on 4 pounds - been away most of the week and eaten normally so i get what I deserve but I am horrified how easy it goes back on. Even tho not doing CD now, I am doing S/F and having lots of water but I have struggled with everything, especially temptation over the last week. Not being able to get on the computer too tho has made it hard and taken the weight loss focus out somewhat. When you have to admit to being naughty, it helps to prevent it in the first place!!

Anyway, today is housework and Tesco day - I have had a week off from everything so need to get things sorted for back to school on Monday and return to eating and water routine. We are out to friends this evening for an Indian so will have a small portion and I am driving so will be happy to have fizzy water and be more in control.

Control is what this is all about isn't it? At a bbq last evening I was 'out of control' on the wine box front - it was all too easy to pour!! I am sure many of you understand what I mean.

As i type i am glugging water big time as I feel a bit rough this morning, not from drink but from eating the wrong things. my mind says i want them but my body doesnt like it after the event so i just need to tell my little chatterbox to belt up!!! I am pleased that the fatty carby food has made me feel yuk as I know it is not what I want to eat as I try to change my ways but there are times when it has to be eaten to be polite.

Anyway, lovely to see the sun shining again today and hope you all have a fab 100% day whatever plan/diet you are following. I will try and pop back later too...it's like 'Houseparty'..tho I bet not many people remember that!!!

Hey Sarah - I remeber the houseparty - we are showing our age now;):D

Am glad the food made you feel unwell - not in a bad way though. It did with me last weekend when I had a weekend from hell and ate everything I could and I felt particulrly crap so know how you feel hun
so this week each time I feel the need to pick on things I shouldnt I keep remebering how bad I felt at the weekend.

enjoy your day and keep coming on here. Am sure next week will be better when you are back to your normal routine.

gald to see everyone feeling so positive.

Denise 3.5 is ace!!! well done and I hope your two little ones get better for you soon sending you get well vibes.

Kids are pestering for the pc (oh to have a LT aswell) so will be back later everyone -
BE GOOD

Hi girlies,

Eek just dried my new bob!!!!!! always a scary thing when you try and style a new haircut!!!!! :)

I'm off to Reading in a few mins for another girlie day looking for bridesmaid shoes, window shopping and lunch. Looking forward to seeing my friend but would have been fab to sit in the garden... So that's my tomorrow planned.....sitting on the decking amongst my lovely newly potted plants.

I hope those that have struggled manage today to focus on their goals and get back on track. This fab sunny weather is a motivator if nothing else.

Wishing everyone a fab day whatever you're doing.

Enjoy the sun xxx

Morning everyone! Its such a lovely day here im definately going to get myself out in the sun :D

Ive got TWO WEEKS off from work now WOOP after a week from hell crap WI and im stuck at 10st 9lbs! Im going to make the most of my two weeks off and be as active as possible as i hope this will help me lose as i usually sit at a desk allllllll dayyyyy at my job :(

Hope the decking goes well tilly and OH doesnt get too stressed (most men do doing DIY)

Good Luck on 100% week ibizamad you can do it :D

Sunshine bet your new bob looks great Im going to blow dry and style my hair later hopefully i wont mess it up lol

Polishrose - just think when youve hit goal you can save up the money you usually spend on CD and you will eventually have the 6 weeks rent :D that could be an incentive to get to goal??

Sorry if i missed anyone else off lol !!

Angela I was really worried about my 810 week but in the end I really enjoyed it and it didn't make me crave food which is what I was worried about.I am a quorn convert too...you can have soooo much...I'll be having that after I get to goal for sure :)

Morning ladies, mind if i join you?
Its lovely up here in Fife and stuff the housework its far too nice to stay in as i'm getting my hair cut and highlighted this afternoon, i'm off to potter in the garden for a while.
I'm a bit apprehensive about the weekend as its a holiday monday here so an extra day of struggling being home for days and evening rather than just evenings.
Still feeling very positive although at day 5 i'm hungry. I've only had water so far as at work i have my first pack at 12 for lunch. I suppose if i'm struggling i could have an extra one.
I've done my food shopping and it was so tempting to just buy one bottle of wine and a few crisps and nibbles but money is a bit tight this month so what better excuse to stay on track especially as my CDC goes away next week for a fortnight so i'll have to double up when I WI on Monday.
Wishing each and everyone a fabbie weekend.
Mx

Morning molly-well done on not giving in to temptation with that wine....wait till you have your WI...you'll feel even more positive then :)

Hi ladies, can I jump in?

I'm supposed to be studying at the moment, I have two exams next week but I'm sitting here on the LT, not good :( . Just can't get motivated to open the books. BUT, being on here keeps me motivated to stick with CD so at least that's something.
Monday is a bank holiday here in Ireland so I have a long weekend ahead of me, plus I'm off work on Tuesday and Wednesday so it's gonna be a hard one, I never have a problem during the week in work but I find weekends hard, but, I will succeed!!!!!
Have a great day girlies, the sun is making a great show here, I love it :)
