Hi all
Just wanted to ask if Lemsip is allowed on CD, I've got a terrible cold even had to take the day off work today
. I've been drinking loads of tea and taken paracetamol but I usually have lemsip which works great for me.
Don't get the chance to come on here often so hope everyone is doing well and sticking with it getting closer and closer to goal!! I've been good so far and looking forward to my weigh in on Monday......though it's definatly much harder when you're ill, got zero energy!!!
