Don't worry too much about it hun, hopefully it won't knock you out of ketosis. It takes a while for us to re-adjust to a new 'norm'. First time around I found myself putting things in my mouth through habit, boy did it open my eyes to how much I was picking at without knowing. The crusts the girls leave on their toasts in a morning are killer, I always used to eat them. In my first week I scoffed them once without even realising and put them in my mouth and had to spit them out a few times. The saying 'Old habits die hard' has never been more true for me.
The important thing is that you start to recognise your habits and begin to change them. Its about long term changes, so if you learn from it, its not always a bad thing. Just make sure there isn't any juice on your desk from now on
