Anyone had a colonic on CD??

Colonic on CD? has anyone ever had it on this diet before and is it ok whilst on CD?

I'd be interested too. Thinking it might be nice to clear out whilst there is no food in there!

Having said that I've only ever had one and I hated it! Felt like the worse kind of period pains ever. Couldn't care less about the actual process, but didn't like the sensation.

I was only talking about this with my sister today. I've never had one, but would like to try! x

Colonic and Cambridge have a look at this, dont know if its any use or not.

I had one last year. I sheepishly went with OH. I told 1 friend who thought it was hillarious and OH was so prowd that he broadcast it to everyone. Suprised he didn't put it up on facebook :0)

It was fantastic. Once you get over the thought of it, i would do it 4 times a year if I could afford it but I can't.

You feel fabulous after and really light and clean. I'll definatly do it again. Why shouldn't we look after our insides. It's the most bizarre feeling tho but once you get used to it, it's okay.

I might have one when I get to goal xxx
