Shopping Help

Am trying to do my weekly shop online from work D) but can't get into the SW website. Think it might have been blocked ... I need to get this done now and delivered tonight!

Have menu planned but a few things have caught my eye and I just want to make sure it all adds up ok. So, can anyone tell me Syn values of ...

1. Quorn Scotch Eggs / Tesco 12 Mini Savoury Eggs (240g) (meaty ones are cheaper!)
2. Quorn Satay Skewers
3. Quorn Poppin Bites (I assume the dippers are better ... ?)
4. Young's Jumbo Specials Extra Large Fish Cakes (210g)

BTW, anyone know where were the Quorn cocktail sausages from ?

1. picnic eggs (?) - 20g each - 1 syn either day
2. satay stick with peanut dip - 120g pack - 3 syns either day
3. poppin bites - per 100g - 4 syns either day
4. i can't find the fishcakes either in the book or online, sorry but the nearset ones i can find are young's chip shop fish cakes - 50g each - 5 syns green and 4 syns red. i suppose you could weigh the fishcakes and do it that way?

Fish cakes - I got the same as Beki except my syn values are the other way round!

So glad I bought the Tesco eggs as much cheaper and not many more syns, the satay sticks stay, chicken poppers and fish cakes go into my OH's mouth !
