Think I can do it!!

Well, I' think I can achieve anything now - I've been to Mcdonalds today with my kids and just had my water!!! Feeling very pleased with myself for it as that was a big challenge, am now looking forward to WI number 2 next Tuesday!!
 
well done hun that is a big accheivment to walk in on week 2 and not have anything WELL DONE. ok it may only seem like something little to some people but to us who are on this diet it is such a big thing as we are constantly fighting with the tempatation of eatting. keep up the hard work and you will accheive your goal soon. xxxx
