Do you travel while doing lighterlife

Hi everyone. I am new to the forum but not to LL. I've been doing it for three and a half months and lost 4 stone. Brilliant. My work means I travel for 50% of the time and have found ways to make this work. Does anyone else do so. What tips do you have. I take my Bullit mixer with me everywhere and make up a milk shake minutes before going to meals. and sometimes a bar. I've discovered how many plug sockets there are around i cloakrooms and elsewhere where I can discreetly make something up.

Sounds to me like you're 'sorted' already.

I tended to stick to hotel rooms & mix packs there, or if away during the day I'f take a flask of boiling water in the car then mix and 'eat' soup pack for lunch. Personally didn't like the bars except in the evenings, so tended to stick with Shake for breakfast (always took hand blender) and soup for lunches/dinner/

I did learn that the soups are really yeuch if you make them up before you go!! Better to take the water and make as and when.

Hi - I'm away about 60% of the time, driving up to 1000 miles a week. Usually in hotels two or three nights each week.

I keep it simple and take a bowl, spoon, hand beater (non-electric whisk) and packs with me. I usually eat my shakes hot (vanilla for breakfast and banana in the evening) and make them up using boiling water from the room kettle with the hand whisk to mix.

I will happily sit in restaurants and just have coffee and sparkling water. I occasionally ask for a soup to be made up and there has never been a problem with this, but if its time for a pack I sometimes find it easier to eat a bar with the coffee/water.

As I do a lot of driving I often eat the bar while driving over lunchtime or in the evening as I don't like to stop too much and it saves the faff of needing to mix stuff up without a sink to wash up nearby. I always have loads of 500ml water bottles to drink whilst travelling.

And I always take extra packs with me just in case I don't get home as planned :).

Oh and remember, the packs need to be consumed within 15 minutes of making them up or the nutrients start to be lost. So don't make the soup to take in a flask.
xx
