I have just done my first day on the WW program - joined online have first meeting tommorrow. Over last 3 years my weight has steadily increased, some stranger walked up to me in the street and asked me if i had trouble finding clothes that fit me !!!!!! They say you need a kick to do something about your problems. Well that was mine !
Have also struck a wager with a friend today - if i lose 29 lbs by 18/08/09 he pays me £100. If i dont, i pay him £100
Wish me luck, im quietly confident i can do it but am not looking forward to the meetings and the weeks of depravity !
