Hi all, found this site by pure accident, I have had a quick flick through, everyone seems really supportive and friendly so I thought I would join, as I am desperate to lose some weight. So a big Hi to you all, you will have to bear with me as I'm still not sure how it all works !!!!

Hi both thanks for replying, and i will definateley look at that link Irene thank you. Not sure about plan, i do like the ease of Rosemary Conley, tried w.w. and S.w many years ago and to be honest dont have the brain cell capacity anymore to work out and add up things as i goin along !!!!
