Rome - Suggestions Please!!!

Hello All!

Having watched Angels & Demons last night, I have managed to convince the other half to take me there when I am 3 stone lighter!

Has anyone here ever been? Anything you would say is a must see? And importantly, any amazing restaurants that need to be visited!!!

I love pasta - really authentic stuff, so I am so looking forward to this. My best friend growing up was Italian and I used to love eating with her and her family, meal times are a real family affair! I learnt to cook from her Mum too, which probably can explain half of my love of food and the size of my bottom and tummy!!
