yes i suppose it might help.. have you registered with MAP? they send you out a pack with food planners in etc.. Kaymarie has lent me hers

Yep, I did register. But it seems that they no longer send anything out now.

I have the Alli book. I bought it thinking that it would help with my Xenical diet.
It's ok. It explains how orlistat works, lectures on healthy eating and exercise and provides recipes and meal plans for different calorie diets (1200, 1400, 1600, 1800) and portion guides. It's very simple, back to basics information.
I thought it was worth the read, but it didn't tell me anything new, if you know what I mean.
