Yesterday, being the last bank holiday until August I went a bit crazy and had 6 pints of lager, 2 brandy and cokes and a large donner kebab. Should I even bother working out the points or just write off yesterday and start again today. I feel a bit bad about it now, and I am dreading the weigh in on Friday. I am back on track today though, which is good for me because usually it all goes pear shaped once I eat something I shouldn't.
