Its a very low syn Mc Flurry thats really fluffy and creamy!

Ingredients

Tub of quark
White choc options x 2 (4 syns)
25g bar of milkyway (7 syns or a 13g bar for only 3.5 syns)

So 11 syns or 7.5 syns.

Highly complex method (pah! not really!)

Mix options & quark.

Chop milkyway into little pieces (or big whateva ya fancy).

Mix milkyway into quark/options mix.

Then yum away.

Makes a large tub prob the size of two mcF's but is REALLY filling so will last for a good few puddings :)

oooo that sounds georg!!! mite av to try that when im in need of a chocolate fix!!! brill hehe
laura x

Im gna try this tomm! x

Oooh yum! I'm gonna do this tomorrow i think, as my post-weigh-in treat! :D

Ohh this sounds gooood. Could you put it in the freezer to make it cold???:hmm:

I did but I didnt freeze it, didnt wanna wait that long lol but assume you can - might be lovely! Have left it to chill in the fridge before and that hit the spot!

Can you not make it with low fat fromage frais? I'm not sure but it may be an option :)

Oh woweee! I've just made this :D but i made it with a belgina hot choc options rather than a white choc one, and did half-amounts (which is plenty really, but will do another lot for later  lol)

So 5.5 syns for a looooovely treat - thanks cherryade! :D xx

Yes, i think it does. I think it just about halves the 'tang'. But the bits of chocolate really help too.

Although, i'm thinking about trying it without the chocolate peices to bring the syns down even more :D Will try it tonight and let you know! (oooh.. i wonder if 3 options, and no chocolate would work? 6 syns for the whole tub... hmm... will do that i think)

It was lovely! :D I had two yesterday  But for only 12 syns in total, they were well worth it ;)

I did them with 2x belgian chocolate options and 1x white choc options + 1 tub of quark - 6 syns the lot :)

To me it tasted like a really thick creamy chocolate mousse with a tang of natural yoghurt. I was going to have another one tonight, but i'm trying to take it really easy today as i've got weigh in tomorrow morning!

tried this for first time last night as was having difficulty finding quark! the giant asda next to me doesnt have it but randomly a tiny sainsburys in town does!

tried the milkybar n white choc options one with half a tub of quark. got a bit bored half way thru tho and ate all the milkybar and left the rest lol!

gona try it with mint choc options next time i think :)

X

oooh really? it's my new fave pudding :D

i'm thinking about zesting some lemon rind into some quark with the juice of a lemon and a couple of tblsp splenda. might have to try that tonight! :)

I made this last night and put it in the freezer - I want it to be more ice-cream than yog - it is frozen iceberg like SOLID - how much time should I leave it out the freezer before eating?

I cant get along with quark. I like to take a 0% greek yogert & add the white chocolate options and some extra sweetner if needed. I normally crush some mini meringues into it and serve with strawberrys for an eton mess. Or some crushed oreos is also lush!
