Hi guys,lost only 3lb this week,wish it was more,but saying that i'm happy cos it's 1st 3lb gone in a month & i'm now in the 12stones...Yippeeeee!!!!!! I NEVER WANT TO SEE 13 STONES ON THE SCALES EVER AGAIN:wavey:

Well done, I've my 4th WI in about 30 mins or so. Hope I do as well as ye. Loss is loss.

Thanx guys...getting into the 12s today has just made me sooo happy & even more determined to keep going...i've not weighed that since i was pregnant with my eldest 16yrs ago...Roll on the 11s
