Some inspiration needed!!

Hi Everyone,
I'm on day 6 of Lipotrim... well it's only my second day doing it properly; I was supposed to start on Wednesday last week but had an awfully stressful bank holiday.... one child just realsised the world does not revolve around her, the other child in hospital with a fractured wrist after trying to master a ramp on roller blades... oh and a husband who has been just about as miserable as they come!!!
I did start with good intention on Thurs last week but totally messed up on Fri, Sat and Sun. Yesterday I did great and didn't feel hungry ( I don't know if that had something to do with the fact that although I haven't did too well on it I still haven't ate a lot?) and I am feeling pretty determine to do this, so I joined this forum for help on my down days to help me through, I get weighed tomorrow but doubt that I would of lost anything with my shakey start...:sigh:

Oh lovey do I feel for you with the kids bit, but keep strong and battle through it one day at a time. Its worth it honestly just have a read at all the fantastic losses people have had on here and just think how great your going to feel when your losing the same. :grouphugg:

Hi,
Starting can sometimes be the hardest thing and when things unexpected pop up they can knock us back a bit, but look at it this way you still tried to continue on. You are right to come on here as you will get the support you need and can have a good rant when all seems against you. I have 3 small boys and they take up a lot of my time and at times can be demanding, however I feel if I get to a decent weight then I will be less stressed dealing with it all and no longer have the ups and downs that sugar can give me.
Once ketosis kicks in you should not be hungry and not have cravings so it is worth getting to that stage. Remember to drink your water throughout the day too.
Wishing you all the best.

Just keep reminding yourself why you wanted to do this diet & how good your feel when all the fat just melts away week after week....you dont have to reach your final goal to start feeling good about yourself its all the little things, like feeling healthier, dropping a dress size, peoples reactions to your weight loss...Set yourself a few mini goals & focus on them & take 1 day at a time. It will be worth it because you are worth it!!! once in ketosis your find it alot easier but if you do have a blip just refocus & keep going...Good luck hun!!!! Caz xx

Hi - poor you hope your child is ok and Husbands - what can I say - mine can be a bit miserable as well and doesn't support me too much - anyway you are doing this for yourself so hope you get on ok at wi and keep going - drink plenty of water to get rid of hunger pains x :):)

Hi there R-N-S-G, sorry you have had a bumpy start, but the main thing is, you are sticking in there and I can sense your determination. let nothing stand in your way, always take bottles of water whenever you go out and an emergency pkt of shake and beaker to make sure you have absolutely NO excuse not to stick to it. Life always throws things at us...how does the saying go...? A woman in like a tea-bag, you don't know how strong she is until she is in hot water......or something like that!! Best of luck, darlin' on the rest of your successful journey with LT.

When i need inspiration, I look at everyones weight losses and think I'm having some of that!!
I think a few months out of my life to get back into normal size clothes etc is nothing.
Just think about why you are starting and once you are up and running you'll be fine.
