just had a giant cooked dinner at my bro-in-laws again. Awesome roast pork and roast beef. Roasties stuffing the lot. I put down ten points coz I didn't eat as much as I usually do and had a lot more veg than fatty stuff. Trouble is they are all eating chocolate cake and ice cream for desert. Tough one.
I am looking forwRd to an éclair later when my food goes down and I am ready for something sweet.
I had a giant omlette for breakfast. Only 6 points. Giant.
2 small eggs - 3pts
2 bacon (no fat) - 1pt
Butter & milk - 2pts
Mushrooms(tons)
Try it you won't be dissapointed. Could probably make it for less points without the butter.
Lost 5lb last week. Really pleased.
