chicken pox

hi nothing to do with slimming but does anyone know if you can get chicken pox more than once i babysat my gradsons last night and never noticed the spots but got a call today from my son in law to say he thinks they have it lol ive already had it when i was 21 quiet bad dont fancy it again not sure if can get it or not any ideas

You should be safe enough if you've had it, you'll have antibodies. You can get shingles but you'd need to be very run down for that to happen. (Usually happens in later life!)

It's very unusual to get it twice, but I did!!! lol
When I was a few months old, then again when I was about 3. And then... when I was 7... I had shingles as well!!!
Fingers crossed I have lots of antibodies now!
You should be fine as long as your immune system's quite strong.
