Hello to everyone out there. I've posted a few times on this board. I'm going to start my VLCD tomorrow finally after finding the right program for me and etc.. I have a question about medication and being on a VLCD. During that time of the month and you ladies know what I mean, I have to take meds that are prescribed to me by my dr. and I must take these pills with food because if not it will mess up my stomach and make me sick. I was thinking that the days I'm on my cycle that I could eat an apple before taking my medication and hopefully that would take would be ok. I'm doing Eurodiet which is almost like the CD. any suggestions? :)

Hi there

Milky drinks can count as food for helping to line your stomach so you would not necessarily need to have an apple unless you really wanted to. Also do eurodiet do soups? they are definately food. might be best to check with a pharmacist as they are the best people to talk to about meds.

Good luck

yes they are soups with eurodiet. Thanks for replying and I'm going to ask pharmacists also..
