It stands for 'Sole Sourcing'

Sole Sourcing means only having 3 or 4 packs a day, ie. no food additions!!

I didn't know what that meant either when I started ...

Sole sourcing is term used for Cambridge diet i think cos they have different types of diets and it basically means just packs.
Took me a while to figure it out too

OK, please tell me what LL means. Not Lighter Life, but lots of people put it after a sentence implying Bad luck. Not sure though.
