Hi all,

I was just wondering if there was a minimum BMI for starting CD, around how much it costs per week and what you get for this.

Thanks x

Thanks for the reply as soon as i posted i thought doh they're bound to have a website explaining so have now found it :)

It doesn't really tell you the different flavour mealpacks though could anybody tell me the choices that are available please.

Also are you allwoed to stick to SS after you've reached bmi 25 as i'd rather keep to that until i reach goal rather than moving up in a couple of weeks.

Its 1 stone heavier than bmi 25 to start and you have to move up once your bmi is 25. :)

ahh right, looks like i'm out then unfortunately :(
Shame because i liked the idea of having a greater variety of flavours etc.
But i'm not a stone over bmi 25 so that means i won't even be able to start on the programme doesn't it?

You can start on a higher plan, I think maybe 810 or higher. Best thing is to find a counsellor and they will put you straight. :)

that is a shame, i wanted to keeep going on CD until i reached my goal weight of 9 stone.

Shelz - you can stay on CD just not on SS once your BMI reaches 25 hun :)

debs xx

so i cud ss+ until i reach goal completely? In previous weight loss attempts Ive found weight moves quicker when Im closer to the goal, crazy! I say 9 stone, thats the goal i want to reach on CD, i want a little bit more than that to go in a normal way, healthy food and gymming.

Thanks all, i'm having real difficulty finding a counsellor in my area sent a few emails to people off the cambridge site but noone has got back to me. Does anyone know of any counsellors in the staffordshire area?

Thankyou i tried a couple and have found one now, so have said i will get back to her and arrange a meeting in a couple of weeks.

If i were to do the 810 plan what kind of losses could i expect? whats the average?
