Hi Folks

Advice please!!!!!!!

Due to me losing my job (arrrgghhh!!!!) and OH on short weeks, I don't think I can afford to do CD any more. I'm really p~#'ed off about it as I have been doing so well and feeling really great. What advice can you give me so I don't balloon back up again. I have done atkins before and though of eeeking out my packs as long as Ican, and sticking to really low carb meals. Has anyone else had any experience? I intend to go straight back to my CDC as soon as I can afford to.:(:break_diet:

Hi,
Not really sure what to advise but didn't want to read and run. Is there any way you could do the 1000 plan. It costs me about £25 per week for that and i keep my carbs low. if not I think the best you can do is eat healthy like you say and keep carbs low then go back when you are able.
Good Luck-you have done great so far.

Im in a similar postion to be honest as im skint at the moment not earning a big enough wage to cover everything plus CD. What i would advise is eating lean protein such as grilled chicken and say brocoli or cabbage kinda SS+ meal style and keep carbs to a low and small portions and keep the water intake up and you should continue to lose maybe not as drastically but will still have losses just have alot of will power and dont cave into bad foods just take this as you having a "short break" from CD that your going to return too asap and dont have the attitude "oh i can eat rubbish now cause i can lose it once i start cd in a month" kinda thing?

So sorry to see you lost your job, but as the others have said, if you are careful and keep your carbs low then hopefully you will still be able to lose weight. I hope things pick up for you very soon xxx
