Hi Louie lou your doing well yourself, in 2 weeks that's great. My CDC lives just the other side of hanley she is called Wendy and is really nice, where do you have to go? what plan are u on?

Hi Claire, I go to Stone and i'm on SS 4 shakes a day, my husband is on it to so only have my son to cook for and thats only 4 days a week, the other days he eats out.

I've had bars this week for the first time, not had one yet.

What are you on.xx

Hi I am on SS 3 packets a day, OH is doing it to so no cooking for me! He will finish his journey before me though as he hasn't got as much to loose, but then he will be cooking his own food as I refuse to until I have finished, even refusing to go shopping.
Stone's not too far to go. I had the bars the 1st week and the 2nd week I aint had them since, but they are nice. I keep thinking each week shall I do ss+ but then I think against it.

Hi, I am also a Staffordshire CDer - I live just outside Stone, and see a CDC in Stone.
I have lost 2 stone in 2 months and have another 2 to go, I am on a bit of a plateau at the moment - but am determined to keep going I only moved to Staffordshire in 2007 but love it to bits.

Hi, Yes it is Tracey - I generally see her sometime over the weekend.

Am now only 4 lbs away from a 3 stone loss.
