Anyone else doing cambridge diet ss plus? im on week 3 and have lost 17 pounds!! I have a shake for breakfast, salad and turkey, chicken or tuna (with a tablespoon of mayo) for dinner, half a bar when im making families tea and my last shake about eight. I drink plenty of water and i also have 2 cups of tea with milk.

week 2.........lost 5lb
week 3.........lost 3lb
