Truffles, Muffins etc

Hello....as far as I know, you are only allowed to 'cook' one pack a day as it destroys some of the nutrients.

Not sure when you can have them from, but I suppose, you could introduce cooked packs around the same time as the bars, but to be honest, its probably best to do the diet properly and not bother messing about with cooking your packs
 
I have been cooking my packs all week and wondering if this is another reason that I might not have lost as much - I think next week I am gonna only do one or 2 muffins in the week instead of every day!
