quark, chives and garlic or fromage frais and some lazy chilli's if you have them or my fav is fromage frais and a tablespoon of hinz bbq sauce(1syn) its lush it is ;)

red pepper houmous?
red pepper roasted in the oven til soft / i can of drained chick peas / 2 cloves of garlic / 2 tablespoons of low fat fromage frais / juice of a lemon and lots of salt and pepper to taste, stick it all in a wiz in together in a blender!! lovely with celery and carrots! :)

yes red pepper humous is lovely, my fav, i add little corriander to mine and i don't always roast pepper still taste just as nice.

I make a quick & easy one using fat free yogurt, 1 teaspoon mint sauce (free) a dash of lemon juice (free) and finely chopped cucumber :)

Another one i love is the sauce you get in indian restuarant, the owner gave me the recipe and it is the real thing.
yogurt, fresh corriander, lemon juice, pinch chilli and sweetner, if to thick alittle milk. All blended together. I pour this over my salad and its fab with pieces tandoori lamb or chicken.

Just be careful that you just use "fresh garden mint" as opposed to "mint sauce" - not sure about other brands or even if other brands are available, but I know that Colmans fresh garden mint in jars is free because nothing else is added. Other types of mint sauce will have syns, as they add sugar.

I do something similar to this but with fresh mint from a pot plant, just blitzed in with some FF yoghurt, sometimes with cucumber, sometimes coriander, sometimes both, sometimes neither!
