Ok, i have been to see my CDC this eving have a mixture of the range for the first week on SS. I ahve shakes in various flavours, soups in various flavours and porridge in the 2 flavours.
What would you ahve as your first meal on SS?

Are you starting in the morning, you could start with porrige, then soup for lunch and a shake for tea, makesure you have plenty of water, be prepared you may hate some of the flavours, but i do think its important to try them out if you think they are vile hold you nose and down them, if you have a couple each of ones you dont like, you cdc should swap them for you so you dont run out.

I only have the choc tetras 3 a day, sounds boring i know but i love them.

Good luck get lost of ealy nights and get plenty on headache pills ready just in case, most people suffer a little the first few days, it soon passed.

Heres to the week ahead with a great first loss.

my first shake was banana... i have however since gone of banana...

TBH it doesnt matter what you have.. just try them all and i'm sure you'll find some u love and some u hate :)

Over all know they are giving your body exactly what it needs and you will soon be in slimdom!

I wanted to start with a shake for brekkie, then a soup for lunch, and then porridge as my evening meal, turned out the porridge made me vom so luckly hubby who started at the same time with me has swapped my others for some of his soups. I now have a cold milkshake fro brekkie( capuccino is my fave) then i split my soup pack into 2 and have one at lunch time then the other at around 4.30(oriental chilli is my ab. fave) then a final shake at around 7 pm, I tried this warm but I didnt like it so back to cold with a few extra ice cubes. I think over the first few days you will fall into a routine to suit your tatste/lifestyle so wanted to say GOOD LUCK and hang in there as the yukky sympthoms do go away totally, and you should feel great hopefully by day 4. :)

Thanks Tilly and Lin.
I have bought more than needed for the week just in case i really dont like something. My CDC said she would swap anything i dont like.
I looked at the instructions on the soup packets and it said to whisk them, would i get away with stirring them with a fork? I do have a blender but can really take it to work.
Thanks again for your help xx

Thanks Passionflower for your info and your support as it really helps and gets me into the right mindset

Good luck in the coming week xxx

Foosey here is the way I deal with my soups at work( no wisk also), while I wait for the kettle to boil I pour half of the powder into a mug then add enough water to make a thickish paste and work this until is smooth then slowly add the hot water a bit at the time and stir continuosly until you have a full cup :)

This is what I do as well :). Also , you can buy those very small hand whisks in most supermarkets for about £1 and stick it in your handbag :D xx
