Hi Everybody


Have just found this website whilst googling to find out how may points in a Krispy Kreme doughnut!

I am in my early 30s and have been overweight most of my life. I have decided that I don't want to spend my thirties being overweight too.

A few years ago I managed to lose a couple of stone for my wedding with weightwatchers and found it quite easy to follow but once my wedding was out of the way I lost motivation and found myself slipping back to old habits.

Have recently booked to go to Goa in January 2010 and am going to use that as my motivation this time. However I know the secret to losing weight is not "dieting" but changing your lifestyle for good and that is what I am hoping to achieve.

Any tips/encouragement would be welcome.
