I done lt last year (Sept) and successfully lost 5 stone Since then theres been xmas and we have just came back from an all inc holiday and after all that i have put on 10lbs over the past few months:cry::cry: iv called the pharmacy and am going to pick up my lt tomorrow i only want to do it for a month when i done it last time i stopped when i reached the top end of my ideal weight i think i should have gone a bit lower but hey iv learned and will now be going back to my shakes im quite excited actually iv missed em! xx

welcome back, it must be great losing 5 stone, even if you put some back on it's a great achievement, congratulations. It must be good to know it will all be done in a month. The best of luck with it.

Welcome back hun....Hope it goes well for you!!! I come back around 3wks ago after stopping just before X'mas & i put 13lbs on,but i've lost that again now,just need to lose a bit more...Well at least 2 stone more. lol Good luck!!! Caz xx

welcome back hun nice to see another face i back on it to finish what i started to get down for wedding this september all booked now. i have to get down and not quit have way through but circumstances last time said i had to. nice to see you back and it wont take you long to get it off but also well done for not letting it get too bad you have said thats enough and phoned chemist to lose it before you gain more.
