Quorn/Tofu SS+?

Well I would imagine that the fillets themselves are exactly the same as the Quorn chicken style pieces, so as long as they're not marinated in anything, they should be ok. As for how much, I suppose it would be the same standard 200g, don't know how many fillets that would be. But I'm not an expert, just my opinion :D

I believe you can have the fillets (I do). The pack of 6 is 300g, so 200g = 4 fillets. This is quite a lot on one plate (unless you have a good appetite like me!) and it might be worth splitting them between lunch & dinner?
Any ideas on tofu would be greatly appreciated as my efforts with tofu have not exactly been inspiring so far!

2 of those fillets have 94cals, i was well chuffed when i read that, i think 4 would be too much for me in one meal too - with some cauliflower and asparagus or salad theyre very filling as a ss+ meal.

i ended up having to look for something at the shops as i forgot my shake, went to holland and barret and they have this sliced chicken style stuff - very similar to quorn but it has quite a lot of fat and calories compared to quorn so watch out for that stuff!

Oh wow, thanks for your comments guys!!

I've been eating 150g of tofu and have been microwaving it until its very cooked. . . .obviously without oil. . . .

I can no longer stand cottage cheese so its time to try these fillets out. I'm really please that we can have 2-4. I do know each fillet has around 95 cals so 2 of these would make up 200 calorie meal. Not sure what they taste like but will have try them!
