Day 3 and the pounding headache has gone!

What a relief, that was one bad headache. Left to go to work in a mad rush, forgot to take water with me, attended two meetings without drinking a drop (only tea and coffee on offer and I can't drink brews without milk). It was lunch time before I drank any water, so I'm still catching up.

The only downer about today was that I was invited to a leaving lunch for a work colleague at a pub that does gorgeous home made food, when I was initially invited I was excited and thought oh good yummy, then a split second later the dawning realisation that I can't eat anything. I declined the invitation, hugged my friend farewell and got on with my work.:p

Woohoo I am so glad to hear your headache's gone. You started a day after me it was day 4 for me and like predicted I felt wonderful all day and not felt hungry once :D. So if today was better for you tomorrow it will be even better. Oh and well done on turning down the yummy food. Monica x

isn't it a relief when the headache goes?

Mine was a killer too and the relief was almost overwhelming when it finally subsided.

You can get through these occasions, just get your motivations clear and keep them at the forefront of your mind...
The feelings at weigh in when the pounds fly away, is so much more fantastic than a couple of hours of alcohol and fatty food.
