well with me not being able to afford it for a month

im using up my packs slowly

today has gone like this

11am cd choco orange shake
4pm cucumber ,sweetcorn, lettuce,chicken
tonight ill have a cd porridge.

will be weighin on the boots machine next monday as i weighed yesturday...

hope i can still post here as im kinda doing cambridge if you know what i mean ..
 
you could post on here even if not doing CD!

Hiya Jo,

What I would say to you, is if you are being really careful with your packs remember also you are lacking the nutrients from those packs too not just the calories and it will be difficult to get the same amount of nutrients from the small amount of food you are taking in....
Be careful to ensure you are getting enough vitamins and minerals fromt he foods you choose!
And good luck with your plan....
I know you said to me earlier it might be several months before you can come back, do you think it will be just a month?
It will be nice to have you back... but of course you are welcome to post whatever plan you using...

Well im hoping just a month ...will know better as the weeks go on ..hmmm never thought about the nutrients part of it ....might go and get some vitimins
