i dont think weight helps but ive had two kids and to be honest sneezing scares the life out of me ! there is a pelvic floor strengthener you can buy i cant remember its name so you will have to google it but a friend of mine bought one and says it was fantastic x

yuk subject. my GP refused to refer me saying they would just tell me to lose weight. so here goes. glad its worked for you

Heloooo :wavey:

I remember an "exercise" product called the Kegel Master. It is used to tighten up your pelvic floor muscle.

Also, there is a fab thing called "Smart Balls" which is alot cheaper. Essentially its 2 small discreet weighted balls joined together and covered in either latex or plastic. You can insert these to use for pelvic floor exercises.

It should be possible to exercise your pelvic floor without these aids if u wish, by tensing that muscle for a few mins each day.

I am sure that your GP can advise :)

I hope that this has helped somewhat!
