Hi Missk and welcome to Minis :D I'm not on Xenical now, but I was on it for a yea ( stopped the tabs last month).
As a general guide, the food you eat should be 5% fat ( that is, when you look at a food label, you are looking at total fat content, and you ideally want no more than 5g of fat per 100g of food product). You want to have no more than 15g of fat per meal. Lots of label reading, and I know how overwhelming it seems at first, but before you know it, it will become second nature for you :) I would really recommend keeping a food diary. Somewhere you can record what you eat, and how many fat grammes in it. Its a good way of keeping an eye on your fat intake :)
Good luck on your weight loss journey :)
