Looking into and trying to decide on dissertation topics!! Haha seriously, 2 hours of gone past almost and I barely noticed! I recommend it. If you haven't got a dissertation of your own, feel free to contribute to mine ;)

I just come on minimims!!! xxx

That sounds interesting!! I study event management. I'm currently trying to decide between 3 or 4 topics, I'm impressed I'm being so organised!!

Ooh, I did one on the brain of earthworms!
Why don't you give us your four titles and put it to the vote??!! xx

Ooh I bet that's interesting/fun/scary all at the same time!

I admire you doing CD with uni, it must be tough.

What are your ideas so far? :) (im doing Politics at uni so won't steal your ideas don't worry! haha)

Well, it's not too bad, but have been a lot more tired lately and have struggled the last few days. Anyway, my topics are....

1. An evaluation of the increasing role of risk assessment within the events industry

2. The effects of the Licensing Act 2003 on live events and music festivals

3. The impact of technological advances within the events industry with specific reference to growth and expansion

4. The significance and impact of mega and hallmark events within their host regions.

Actually, there's a fifth too!!

5. The growth of the events industry and key issues that event managers face

Can you really write 10,000-15,000 words on that!?

Yep - was actually 'The Site of the Neurohaemal Complex in the Brain of Lumbricids'....been SOOO useful since. Not. xx

I think I'm leaning towards number 4. Could write quite a lot about it I think! There are quite a few impact areas such as err... tourism, economic, social, cultural, physical, political and environmental! Especially with the 2012 Olympics coming up. There's huge scope there to talk about the regeneration that's going on throughout London and in particular the East End. But I don't know!!!

Ok, so sorry to talk worky stuff, but.. I went to ACAS with a claim against my old employer, was found in my favour, he hasn't responded or paid up. Need to take it further and try enforcing it. How do I find out about if they're still trading and have any money? If they're not or don't I assume it's all pointless me trying to get the money?

I'll PM you! x
