Calculaton

Hi,
I know this is a long shot, but i've tried and just cannot work it out! I've bought some cocoa to make hot chocolate with. The calories are not listed per tbsp/tsp so i'd like to figure these out (either of them).

The jar is 125g and there are 330cals per 100g.

I'm so lost, i am terrible at maths!

It's 3.3cals per gram - just weight a teaspoonful (or whatever amount you used) in grams and times by 3.3

haha, yes, you're right. That was so simple. I'm very ashamed. I don't belong in Uni, i'm leaving! haha, thanks for the help.
