Curly!!! Your help is needed!!!

I've just whisked my mix a mousse and is now setting in the fridge. Last time i did it i left in the fridge for 10 mins as it says and only the rim had set, underneath was like a thick shake!(but that was using a pulsing blender) This time i've whisked it and noticed way more bubbles! How long do you recommend I leave to set in the fridge?

Sorry I'm not Curly but maybe I can help.

For about 10 - 15 minutes. Mine goes all bubbly too on top but before you take it out wobble the bowl and bit to see it its set (maybe give it a little poke lol). Should be like an angel delight consistency.
