Going for Goal!
I've just whisked my mix a mousse and is now setting in the fridge. Last time i did it i left in the fridge for 10 mins as it says and only the rim had set, underneath was like a thick shake!(but that was using a pulsing blender) This time i've whisked it and noticed way more bubbles! How long do you recommend I leave to set in the fridge?
