You just need to blend and blend and blend (and blend and blend!) until they're gone - it always takes me ages to get them out. The setting agent in the mousse seems to work really quickly so you can't hang about - bash those lumps out! (I know you're using a food processor, but I find when hand-blending that it's better to just hold the blender in one place rather than plunge it up and down which is what I'd normally do - it doesn't seem to achieve much with a mousse.)
Good luck - a perfect mousse is worth the effort!
Provided you mix the 2 powders together well before adding the water you will never ever ever get lumps of jelly in your mousse.
If you mix the powders before adding the water it takes a lot less time than having to stand there trying to blend them out.
You're either putting to much water in it (it's less than is in the shakes read the back of the MAM tub) or you're not putting it in the fridge for long enough. To be honest I stick mine in the freezer for 12 minutes (don't ask me why but I've found it's the best amount of time).i always mix powders together, and never have lumps. But they still turn out wrong  like a thick shake rather than bubbly as i expect a mousse to be.
So annoying, i want a mousse!!!!!!!!
£14.00 lasts ages though.
