does anyone know the syn value for the fat free shape yoghurts,i got some on offer at asda and i love them,especially the mango one's

is it the feel fuller for longer ones? because they're all free. i love the strawberry flavour

I think the only fat free ones they do are the 'feel fuller for longer'. Free on all plans anyway.
