Hi there peeps :)

I was just wondering if anybody on Exante suffers/suffered that 'orrid thing called constipation. If so, how do/did you deal with it.

Thank you in advance,

Gaynor x x

Hi Gaynor,

I did TS all last week and did not suffer any constipation and have never had any problems with the Exante products. Just make sure you drink at least 2 litres of water each day and I think you will be ok.

Not sure if anyone else has had any problems with Exante?

Hope your day has gone well. :)

Ah thank you, that was the only thing I was a bit apprehensive about.

Yes my day has been good, low carbing and getting ready for my Exante packs.

You look fab in your second picture, you can really see a big difference...and such a flat tummy.
Well done on your losses so far and keep up the good work, now you're back in the losing loop your goal is only a few weeks away.

Thanks Gaynor! ;)

Not sure if I am back in the losing loop yet! I ate a whole Dominos pizza today (yes, a whole one by myself). Starting WS tomorrow.

I have an important exam coming up in June, so I don't know if it's cos I am worried about that. I just hope I don't gain weight between now and the exam. After the exam is over, I can really work on losing the rest of the weight.

When are you planning to start Exante? Have you decided which solution you're doing yet?

I really like the Exante products. They don't contain many nasties that you find in other products and they taste nice as well.

Hi there

I did suffer a little but as Lisa said increase your water intake and that helps (or did help me)!

Good luck with the rest of your week.

If you drink 2 - 4L of water a day (best to be at the top end if you can) then you should be ok. If you do suffer, get some ducolax. That will help.

I already have some Ducolax in the cupboard, I bought it yesterday. I want to be prepared so nothing knocks me off plan. I am SO determined this year...no infact I am so determined to do this right NOW and lose all my excess podge.
I can't wait to put my before and after pics up like you lovely lot...I took mine before piccies in my underwear though...hmmmm not sure if those piccies will ever see the light of day lol.

I am doing the WS MathsWhiz as I want/need/insist on...having that meal to look forward to, I also like to exercise daily so I don't know how great I would feel on just shakes/soups.

Have a great Monday folks. x x

I mentioned in another post somewhere that i haven't had any problems with going to the loo on Exante.

I have tried LL in the past 2 weeks then put it all back on (but the least said about that the better!) anyway i had real problems on that not regular AT ALL so have been really impressed with exante so far. Sorry if too mch info  lol
