Points vs Calories

Its impossible to say really, it depends on what you eat. If you had something that was 200 cals and 6.4 sat fat compared to something for 200 cals and 0.3 sat fat theres going to be a big difference in the points value of your 200 cals.

The beauty of WW is that it takes into account the fat level of what you are eating so that it kind of steers you towards food that is much better for you - therefore making it much better value for your points.
