TOTM

It doesn't happen to everyone, but it is pretty common. Mine has been all over the place right from when I started-it's always come early, I have spotting a couple of days before and it's much heavier and more painful than usual. Most of the time I never really know when to expect it and it always messes up my weightloss for that week.

I have only managed 21 days this cycle when i am usually 28-29 days. I was stranded at work on Friday when my auntie flow came to visit without any notice!

Never mind. Hormones eh?!

Its not the diet itself that affects it but the fact you are losing weight. Fat assists the body in producing hormones including oestrogen and so when your fat levels change so can your hormone levels. My gynae told me in no uncertain terms that my totm could be affected for the better if i was to shift some of the extraneous tyres i was carrying around my midriff!!!!!

He's a darling...really!

I'm slightly annoyed by the fact that he was right. :p

it affects minwe by making my cycle longer an unfortunately my PMT drags on aswell son instead of having pmt from day 19-26 dn coming on I now have it from day 19 - 35!! oh joy for everyone around me. adn I retain fluid with it but have a good loss the following week
xxx

Yes it does..
I had the worst pmt for about a week it was horrid and at first my cycle was up in the air.. but it seems ok at the moment..
