hi,
I wrote you a hello on the other thread. Can you look at your weight loss last week 13lb, that was magnificent. Over two weeks that would be nearly 7lb a week, nothing to be sniffed at. Some others have suggested taking measurements as an incentive when the weight doesn't show on the scales, perhaps if you did this (if not doing so already) it may be the motivation you need. I wish you all the best with what you choose to do but to me you are an inspiration.
Thanks
Doirin

Oh goodness, you cant seriously be talking about giving up because you had a loss of half a pound!!

That was a brilliant loss last week, i am finding it hard today too :( but just think about your past weight loss's to spur you on more :) good luck with it x

I wouldnt give up!

You had a 13lb loss last week!!! this weeks is making up for that!

dont give in cork guy as everyone has said before it because you had a huge loss last week! I'll bet your next loss will be much more than half a pound too!

I wouldn't give up either. When you are have a good week you nearly always have a lower the next and vice versa. Over 2 weeks you've lost almost a stone, what more do you want man! That's fantastic. Stick with it cos you are doing great!

You can't fall at the first hurdle ... You can't say the weight has stopped going down after one lower loss.... and it WAS a loss - some people have stayed the same or even gained a little and seen it as an inexplicable 'blip' but not seen it as a failure and given up ....

Our bodies are not machines - you can't programme them and expect the same result over and over. They are organic, living, breathing things which do what they need to do ... who knows what's been going on in yours this last week ... accept it and move on.

If you've been hungry you're not drinking enough - I say that with complete confidence because it happened to me.

COME ON ... KEEP GOING!!!!!
