a few questions

1. Does black tea help in weight loss ?
i dont drink tea or coffee never have only addiction was diet coke or sugar free orange now i only have water fancying a change and think i could stomach black tea even more so if it is true that it speeds up weight loss?

2. Mix a mousse, can you have 2 of these a day?

I asked when I got weighed and my counsellor said there was no limit to the amount of mousse you can have.

I have drank coke zero everyday 500mls and it has not affected my loss, not saying it wont with everyone though. x
