Photo shop me

Positivity is the key
Hi All,
I told a friend of mine that I had started the lipotrim and mentioned how I took 'now photos' as I need to look at them sometimes to see what I am trying to get away from. She suggested I send them to her and she would photoshop them for me, to show what I could look like at the end of this journey. After much cajoling I did.
She returned to me today and I'm speechless. They look fab. And before anyone asks no I'm not posting them as I'd have to show the before and nooooo way are you seeing them yet. Major embarrasing. She took out my double chins, all the spare tyres and raised the sagging breasts (not too sure how they will be in reality yet).
I have looked at these photos several times today and believe I can see myself there in the coming months. It is a great visual aid for someone like me who was never slim as it helps to show what is achievable.
It may help someone else to do the same.

Wow, what a cracking idea. That must be so motivational, knowing how you're going to look once you've shed the pounds. When I started out on this diet I knew I was overweight, but for some reason I didn't believe that I was as big as I was. Now having compared my starting pics to what I am now I can't believe how big I'd let myself get

Please don't be embarrassed about posting your pictures, everyone is here for the same reason and most people have a lot of weight to lose. I think that's why I love this forum, at WW I felt huge as everyone looked about 3 stone smaller than me, but on here the starting weight range goes from about 11 stones up to about 20 stones and probably more. But it doesn't matter on here, the weight losses are huge and they mount up so quickly. Everytime people post their progress pictures they always make me go :wow: :D

Hi!
wow thats a great idea, think i might do the same when I start LT on monday. It must be really motivating to see what you will look like when your hard work pays off, although im sure your all motivated up already, good luck Doirin!

Hi, yet it was a good motivation to see them and in time I will show them on here when I'm happy with the losses I am getting.
lou I am a bit like you in that I also didn't see my size as others see me, I've hidden from the camera for years, hiding behind the children in photos, behind the camera instead of in front. I got my 7 year old to take my photo and took them from different angles. When I saw them I couldn't hide it any more. I look at these every day and see what I don't see when I look in the mirror. I put up the before and hopefully after photos to compare them and they help to keep me focused.

Hey Doirin don't worry, the weight will soon drop off and you'll start to notice. It was really weird how it dawned on me. I went out to buy some new clothes and was in the changing room, I saw myself in the mirror and remember thinking to myself "ace, they have one of those mirrors that makes you look smaller than you really are". Then the next time I went shopping (in a differnet shop) I had the same experience. It wan't until I'd been in 3 or 4 shops that I realised it wasn't the mirror, it was me! I had shrunk and I hadn't realised it :D

That's so funny Lou, must have given you a great boost when you cottoned on.

There's a website you can go to that you can upload a photo to and it slims you down .... I'll go find the thread I started about it and bump it for the newer people who didn't see it then...
