Hi guys,
Anyone know the syn value for the milsons kitchen sizzle and stir nasi Goreng?? It looks like its just chicken, rice and veg but its not in the syns online on slimming world and when i put the values into the calculator it comes up as 3 syns for the portion on EE. It doesnt seem like there is anything in it that you cant eat free.... just wondered if anyone has any ideas???
For info the nutrutional value as follows:
in 100g
80 Cal
5.2g protein
11.2 Carbs
1.6 fat
average portions = 187g
