hi went to class last night lost another 2 lbs, in total thats 1 stone 1 pound but in class people where going on about extra easy but no matter how much i read the book i still find it hard to understand can someone try and tell me in simple terms.lol i had baked potatoe and beans what about the packets of pasta and sauce can u have them.
 
On Extra Easy you can have both green and orginal on the same plate! and when it comes to syn values all you have to do is pick the lowest syn! Also you only have 1 hexa and 1 hexb on extra easy
 
I stick with EE all the time. I find it much easier for my lifestyle and i have had great losses.
Everything that is free on green or red it free on EE. The main difference is that you only get 1 HEA and 1 HEB. When looking for Syn values you always take the lowest value. Its great, it means that you could have a HUGE plate of pasta bolognese and its all free (as long as you have made it with free ingredients of course!)
So you could have your baked potatoe with beans and your pasta and sauce then you could have steak and veg for you tea. ITS BRILLIANT!!! :)

It really is that simple. 1 thing to add, it's recommended that you fill 1/3 of your plate with superfree foods, but I never listen to recommendations ;)
 
^ yes you can and the rices, with regards to the SS foods I would recomend that you try to get as many of those a day - find I lose better when I do.
 
Yep, just make sure you syn your pasta and sauce if its the cheese one etc. Enjoy!! :)
 
thank you, no it was the tomato and herb one i just had my dinner and must say i enjoyed every pick of it and now im stuffed.
 
EE is brilliant! I've never lost weight as fast and consistently as this, and I've never gone the best part of 5 weeks without feeling the need to cheat before!
 
I don't understand! It's been years since i was a member of slimming world - I lost 4 stone back in 2002 with them, but sadly have put most of it back on (and lost it with Weight Watchers, and put it back on again!!!

I'm now considering my options, but Extra Easy wasn't on there. Could anyone answer some questions on it:

- How do you consistently lose weight if you can eat as much as you want from the red and the green free food lists?!
- What do you mean when you say you take the lower syn?

Help much appreciated!
