Hey everyone just need a bit of help on pointing my lunch.

I was out for lunch and had a wrap with sweetcorn, mozzarella, tuna and mayo. Im taking that the mayo was full fat.. any ideas?

Hi

Well a Tuna Mayo baguette at Brewers fayre is 7.5 ... so would say about 6.5 at the most for a wrap.

Thanks guys I think I will compromise and "guesstimate" 7 pts I hate not knowing exactly!

well a wrap is 3.5 points to start, then tuna, say 1, mozzarella at least 4 cause you only need 40g for 4 points and thats nothing.. i would say fuzzy was closer with 10 x
